All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming the order details. When your items are shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can track the progress of your delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of your order, and the shipping destination.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, your location, and any unforeseen delays.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to the United States and select international locations. International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

LutiSpray is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier to resolve the issue.
