1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Opened, used, or damaged items (not caused by transit issues) are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Products marked as Final Sale or promotional/free items cannot be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used eye care products cannot be returned.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

Provide your order number, photos, or video evidence of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Return Process

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
