Thank you for shopping at Lutispray. We value your trust and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Opened, used, or damaged items (not caused by transit issues) are not eligible for return.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale or promotional/free items cannot be returned.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, used eye care products cannot be returned.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at lutispray@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number, photos, or video evidence of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

4. Return Process

  1. Email our customer service team at lutispray@gmail.com with your request.

  2. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions and return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
