Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without a return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We regret that we do not accept returns on promotional products or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Despite the above policy, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without providing a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
